I came with Kathi. She is my daughter-in-law and was there to view her dog Bubbles. I had came bent out of shape because I had felt the vets could have found a lower cost place. I was also leery of you. “Bless your heart,” without skipping a beat, you just went on being kind and respectful. I also saw how you were very respectful to Kathi. She and my son have special needs, so that alone won me over. I also took note of your kindness and care you took in helping them. To understand each step you took and why.

You made what was a very painful event in their life much more easy to bear. Above all, you showed them respect. Your kindness means the world to me. And to my kids. Thank you so, so much.

Thank you for taking care of ManCat after we said goodbye to him. I am so impressed at your caring, comfort & professionalism. Our hearts are broken – but you helped ease the pain.

I wanted to thank you not only for the sympathy card but also for helping us remember our sweet dog Bubba forever. You all were wonderful to work with and we are so grateful that you provide your services. Losing a member of the family (even the ones with fur) is one of the hardest things to go through. But being able to see Bubba’s paw print, nose and fur ensures that of piece of him is with us forever. I really cannot thank you enough for your sympathy, caring and services.
